Kim Hall, Ed.S., currently serves as the Director of Leadership Content and Development at Bailey Education Group, LLC, where responsibilities also include roles as a Leadership Development Specialist and Project Manager, as well as a Leadership and Instructional Consultant. Prior to this position, Kim Hall gained extensive experience in educational leadership as the High School Principal at Cullman High School, retiring after a tenure that included serving as Assistant Principal of Academic Affairs. Earlier career stages involved roles as a Reading Coach, Instructional Coach, and Classroom Teacher at WEST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, along with teaching and paraeducator responsibilities at Cullman Middle School. Kim Hall holds an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Alabama, a Master's degree from The University of Alabama, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Athens State University. Additionally, Kim Hall completed the Superintendent's Academy at The University of Alabama for certification in superintendency.
