Shariq Hassan is a Senior Project Officer at BAIF Development Research Foundation, leading the CCDP-Utthan initiative focused on community development and sustainable growth since May 2023. Prior to this role, Shariq served as the Media Handle Head for AAWAZ and completed a summer internship at People's Science Institute, where consultations with farmers highlighted the impacts of chemical fertilizers on the Hindon river basin. An earlier internship at Central Coalfields Limited involved studying employee behaviors and organizational dynamics. Shariq holds an MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Ranchi University. Secondary education was completed at MK DAV Public School.
