Deepak Pillai is a seasoned professional in customer success and product management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at DropThought since September 2011. In this role, Deepak has led customer success initiatives for top enterprises such as Cisco, Adobe, and Sony Playstation, while also managing programs for small to medium-sized businesses. Deepak holds a position as an Executive Member at Pavilion, an exclusive community for revenue leaders, and serves on the Advisory Council for the Customer Experience program at California State University - East Bay. As a Founding Fellow of the On Deck Customer Success Fellowship, Deepak contributed to building a network for senior customer success professionals. With previous experience as a Product Manager at Xpal Communications and a web developer at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, Deepak's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Systems from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
