Jermyn James is an experienced professional with a strong background in risk management and finance. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Risk Analytics and Management at Bahrain Development Bank since August 2015, Jermyn James plays a key role in reviewing risk policies, coordinating quarterly Operational Risk reports, and assisting in the annual Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment. Prior to this, Jermyn James worked as a Project Finance and Venture Capital Officer at Bahrain Development Bank from July 2010 to August 2013, where tasks included credit analysis and monitoring equity proposals. Jermyn James began a career in human resources as an Executive trainee at Ernst & Young, Bahrain, in early 2010. Academically, Jermyn James holds an MBA in Change Management from the University of Surrey and a BBM in Marketing and Project Management from Christ University, Bangalore.
