Shawn M. Bowman, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to 2021. Shawn M. began their career in 1995 with the United States Air Force, where they held roles such as Director of Maintenance, E-1 to E-9, Director of Operations, Protocol Superintendent, Director of Quality Assurance, Maintenance Instructor, and F-16 Crew Chief. In 2015, they began working with NATO, where they held roles such as Command Senior Enlisted Leader, Superintendent, and Maintenance Superintendent. Most recently, in 2021, they began working with BahFed Corp as a Business Development Executive.

Shawn M. Bowman, MBA has an extensive education history. From 2003 to 2007, they attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they earned a Professional Aeronautics degree. Shawn M. then attended Trident University International from 2007 to 2011, where they earned an MBA in Business. Additionally, Bowman has a number of certifications, including the S1-84 NATO Command Senior Enlisted Leader Course from NATO SCHOOL OBERAMMERGAU, obtained in February 2018, the M1-95 NATO NCO Advanced Leadership Course from NATO SCHOOL OBERAMMERGAU, obtained in November 2017, the Professional Manager Certificaton (PMC) from the Community College of the Air Force, obtained in October 2012, the CCAF Instructor Certification - Level I and Level II from the Community College of the Air Force, both obtained in May 2007, and the Occupational Instructor Certification from the Community College of the Air Force.
