Stephen Keenan has extensive experience in the maritime industry, ranging from roles as an Engineer Superintendent to Technical Manager. Currently serving as the Senior Deputy Director at Bahamas Maritime Authority, Stephen oversees the Inspections & Surveys department. Keenan also held positions at Clipper Group, Sealion Shipping Limited, MOL Tankship Management, Global Marine Systems Ltd, and various other companies. Stephen holds a Higher National Diploma in Marine Engineering from South Tyneside College and completed further education at the University of Southampton.
