Alexandra Simon has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Bahama Breeze since September 2018, where previous roles included Culinary Manager, Group Sales Manager, and Service Manager. Prior experience includes working at TGI Fridays from August 2009 to September 2018 as a Service Manager and Bartender. Additionally, Alexandra has experience as a Marketing Coordinator at Active Living Health Center from September 2016 to September 2018. Alexandra is currently pursuing education at the University of Central Florida, with earlier studies completed at Florida Gulf Coast University from 2009 to 2012.
