Chris Qian started their work experience in 2009 as a Sales Manager at LDK Solar Energy Europe. Chris worked at this company until 2014. In 2014, they then joined Bafang Electric (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. as a Senior Sales Manager.

Chris Qian obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the Nanjing Institute of Technology. Chris attended the institute from 2005 to 2009.
