James L. Miller serves as the Vice President of Business Development at BAE Systems, Inc., leading a team responsible for approximately $2 billion in annual orders for the largest combat vehicle and Navy weapons sectors in the U.S. Prior roles include Senior Director of Business Development for Combat Mission Systems and Director of Government Relations for the Executive Branch, where James developed key customer relationships and supported strategic planning efforts. James's military experience includes serving as Director of the Joint Operations Directorate Europe for the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff and Assistant Chief of Staff for NATO-led International Security Assistance Force. Educational qualifications include a Master of Military Arts and Sciences from the US Army School of Advanced Military Studies, a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The Catholic University of America, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
