Yiannis Dimakopoulos is an accomplished culinary professional specializing in sushi, with extensive experience across prestigious establishments. Since May 2014, Yiannis has held the position of Head Sushi Chef at Matsuhisa Restaurants Europe and is also serving as Head Sushi Chef at Badrutt's Palace Hotel since November 2018. Other notable roles include Head Sushi Chef at Hotel Cala di Volpe in 2019, and as part of the debut team for Matsuhisa at AMARA LIMASSOL in 2019. Prior positions include Junior Head Sushi Chef at Belvedere Mykonos and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and developing skills as a Sushi Chef at Matsuhisa Athens and Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris. Yiannis Dimakopoulos completed culinary education at Praxis Institute between 2012 and 2014.
