Daniele Bonelli is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management and service. Currently serving as the Head Waiter at Badrutt's Palace Hotel since December 2020, Daniele also holds the position of maitre at Ristorante Marina within Hotel Eden Roc Ascona since June 2019. Since September 2016, Daniele has been contributing to the 7132 Hotel as a Restaurant Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Maître at La Tavola Rotonda from May 2022 to September 2024 and holding the role of chef de rang at Starwood Italia for a brief period in 2012. Educational credentials include a diploma from Istituto Tecnico e Professionale G. Magnaghi and qualifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
