Mr. Ethington has worked in development engineering for more than 30 years. He has led multi-discipline teams to deliver printers products, automation equipment, and retail solutions. Currently, Mr. Ethington is the VP of Engineering for Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil. In this role, he is responsible for driving the development and delivery of Badger Technologiesā€™ suite of retail offerings.

Prior to Badger Technologies, Mr. Ethington spent three years at General Electric and 28 years at Lexmark International Inc. where he successfully led two High-end Color printer products. Mr. Ethington is a graduate of The University of Louisville with a Masterā€™s degree in Electrical Engineering.
