Andrea Freeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and product development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Badger Technologies since April 2018, Freeman previously held multiple roles at Lexmark from May 1995 to April 2018, culminating in the position of Senior R&D Manager for Product Planning and Customer Relationship Management. In this capacity, Freeman led initiatives to identify and develop new products and services while partnering with various marketing and sales teams to address emerging market needs. Freeman's leadership extended to managing a global team and driving successful cross-functional collaboration, contributing to the development of Lexmark's flagship products that generated over $3 billion in revenue. Freeman holds a degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
