Eric Durhman has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Eric started as the Owner/President of General Business Equipment in 1993, where they successfully established a niche market, managed operations, handled strategic planning, sales, marketing, inventory management, and developed employee procedures. Then, they joined Loffler Companies in 2010 as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on customer retention, expanding client use of services, and acquiring new customers through CRM tools. In 2013, they transitioned to Priority Mailing Systems, LLC as an Account Executive, selling software and hardware solutions for document delivery, SAAS for shipping and receiving processes, and increasing sales of core mailing system products. Continuing their career, they became a Senior Account Executive at Toshiba Business Solutions in 2014, specializing in sales of document management software and hardware, utilizing CRM software, and cold calling prospective clients. Most recently, in 2017, they assumed the role of Operations Manager at Badger Meter, leading the implementation of Salesforce CRM, optimizing warehouse inventories, and reviewing and evaluating branch staff.
Eric Durhman attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Economics.
