Karolina Sowa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources, Marketing, and Communications at BADGE Constructions since September 2021, Karolina is accountable to the Chief Executive for developing and executing the Group's Human Resource strategy. Previous roles include Chair of Special Olympics Australia, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Demant, and Manager of Talent, Reward & HR Governance at People's Choice Credit Union, where responsibilities encompassed performance and reward management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Additional experience includes roles at Intertek, Kelly Services, and SYC Limited, focusing on HR solutions and recruitment practices. Karolina is a PhD candidate at the University of South Australia, specializing in the Future of Workplace. Educational achievements include an MBA, MHRM, and a Bachelor of Psychology alongside a Master of Business Law from the University of Adelaide.
