Blair McConnel is the President and Founder of Spotlight Solutions, a management consulting firm specializing in financial modeling and commercial strategy for pet care and agricultural companies, since October 2016. In addition, Blair serves as the Pet Care Practice Lead at Bader Rutter, focusing on business development and client experience in the pet care sector, and as President of the Board of Directors at the Veterinary Hope Foundation, which supports veterinary mental health. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Triple Impact, Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Zoetis Inc., and positions at Pfizer and the United Nations. Blair holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and a VMD from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
