Andy Hite is the Founder and Executive Coach at Scaling Minds Coaching & Consulting, where since August 2018, support for motivated leaders and entrepreneurs is provided to achieve ambitious goals and create significant impact. Hite also specializes in delivering leadership speeches, trainings, and workshops aimed at fostering high-trust teams and self-leadership, empowering organizations to realize their full potential. Prior experience includes serving as Artistic Director at The Marriott Theatre from May 2002 to May 2019 and as a Professional Stage Actor with Actors' Equity Association from August 1997 to May 2002. Hite holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from James Madison University.
