Paula Maia is a Senior Service Designer currently working at Globo and Badaró since April 2023, specializing in advertisement products for both digital and TV platforms. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Service and Business Designer at Instituto Cliente Feliz, managing service and business design projects, and serving as a Senior Service Designer at PULSE, contributing to logistics application development. As the founder of Mescla, Paula demonstrated leadership in training and managing teams, further complementing experience as Coordinadora do Inova Maranhão, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship in science and technology. Paula also held positions in market intelligence at Creative Pack and user experience design at Núcleo de Computação Aplicada. With strong educational credentials, including a Postgraduate specialization in Big Data, Communication, and Marketing, along with a Bachelor's in Industrial and Product Design, Paula is well-equipped in strategic design and user experience methodologies.
