Allison Lippincott is an accomplished women's designer with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Women's Designer at Bad Birdie since July 2022, Lippincott previously held several roles at Marine Layer from May 2018 to June 2021, including Women's Design Manager and Women's Senior Designer. Additional experience includes a position as Designer at The North Face from February 2017 to June 2018, and various design roles at lucy activewear, Under Armour, and MILLY. Lippincott began a career in fashion as a Fashion Design Intern at MILLY and as a Fashion Consultant at Nicole Miller. Lippincott holds a Bachelor of Science in Design and Merchandising from Drexel University, complemented by a minor in Fine Art and Art History, following education at St. Paul's School for Girls.
