Thomas Gadegaard has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Thomas currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Finance at Bactolife since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Early Stage Advisor - Financial Services at StartUp2Go from October 2014 to October 2022. Thomas also served as the Chief Financial Officer at GG Studio CPH from February 2021 to May 2022, and as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Cobira from January 2021 to May 2022. Additionally, Thomas Gadegaard was a Board Member at Pointvoucher from March 2017 to August 2019 and later became a Co-Founder & Managing Director from May 2015 to April 2019. Thomas founded and served as the COO of ECTunes ApS from July 2010 to September 2014, where they managed the company's sales, product marketing, and business development. Furthermore, Thomas Gadegaard worked as the Global Marketing Manager at Steinway Lyngdorf from December 2007 to July 2010, and as a Senior Brand Manager - Private Wealth Management at Saxo Bank from March 2007 to December 2007. Thomas started their career as a Brand Manager for new beverages at The Coca-Cola Company from March 2006 to March 2007. Lastly, they worked at 3 Danmark as a Marketing Segment Manager/Segmentchef from November 2004 to March 2006 and as a Marketing Project Manager from March 2003 to November 2004.

Thomas Gadegaard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School from 1994 to 1997. Thomas then pursued a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in Economics and Marketing, from the same institution from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they studied Retail Marketing at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck from 1999 to 2000.
