Joseph J. Romano, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller for both ScieGen Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Bactolac Pharmaceutical, Inc., managing accounting, budgeting, payroll functions, and overseeing the financial close process and general ledger. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Marcum LLP from February 2008 to April 2018, progressing from Intern to Supervisor in Assurance Services, where responsibilities included managing audit engagements for privately held companies across various industries. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Hofstra University, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
