In addition, Humberto has been with Backus since January 2007, where roles have included HR Business Partner Manager, Sales & Distribution Academy Manager, and Especialista de Aprendizaje y Desarrollo de Ventas. Humberto holds an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
