Joel Jaffe currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Backun Musical Services Ltd., leading sales and marketing efforts that foster significant growth since September 2013. Joel began their career at Backun as the first employee, previously held roles in consulting and as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at MonkeyMedia Software, specializing in catering solutions. Joel earned a Master of Business Administration from the Sauder School of Business at The University of British Columbia, where notable achievements included receiving a scholarship for entrepreneurial excellence and conducting significant research for the World Economic Forum. Prior experiences encompass roles in marketing and production management at Backun, where Joel established international distribution networks and implemented sustainable manufacturing processes, as well as chairing the Social Committee at the Vancouver Hillel Foundation.
