Tristan Gardenhire's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Tristan began working at Backstop Solutions Group in 2018 and held positions such as Client Support Specialist, Senior Client Care Specialist, and currently serves as an Application Support Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Jimmy John's as a Sandwich Maker/Delivery Driver, where they managed employees, trained new hires, and maintained a friendly customer service environment. Tristan also worked as a Porter at Schepel Buick GMC. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Bus Boy at Villa Cesare and as a Swim Instructor at Lake Central School Corporation.
Tristan Gardenhire obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University, where they studied from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Informatics at Indiana University-Bloomington, from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degrees, Tristan also obtained a certification as an HDI Support Center Analyst from HDI in March 2019.
