Mason Pech has a diverse work experience across various industries. Mason'smost recent role was as an Account Services Coordinator at Backstop Solutions Group, specifically in the BarclayHedge Division, where they started in January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at BarclayHedge, Ltd. as an Account Services Coordinator, starting in September 2015.

Before joining the financial industry, Mason worked at Event Photography Group as a MarathonFoto Marketing Services Coordinator and MarathonFoto Logistics Coordinator. In these roles, they were responsible for transitioning existing products and offerings to a new e-commerce platform, developing and implementing new marketing strategies and products, and troubleshooting customer service and fulfillment issues. Mason also managed the storage, packing, shipping, inventorying, and tracking of the company's photographic equipment. Additionally, they implemented a procedure to track equipment cases, reducing the incidence of lost equipment and saved the company money by coordinating with photographers and arranging UPS services for equipment transportation.

Earlier in their career, Mason worked at The Event Photography Group as an Image Management specialist and at Midwest Old Threshers as an Information Services Coordinator.

Mason Pech attended Iowa Wesleyan College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
