Brandon LaVigne started their work experience as a Strategic Support Associate at Jackson in April 2015, where they played a strategic role in supporting processing functions and projects within various business units. Brandon processed policy transactions using multiple software applications and escalated issues when necessary. In May 2016, they took on a role as a QA Automation Intern at Jackson, where they gained experience in quality assurance automation until September 2016.

In June 2017, LaVigne joined General Motors as a Software Developer and worked until January 2019. During this time, they contributed to software development projects.

From January 2019 to July 2019, LaVigne worked at Allstate as a Software Engineer, where they played a senior role. Brandon then transitioned to a Senior Software Engineer role at Allstate from July 2019 until September 2021.

Most recently, in September 2021, LaVigne joined Backstop Solutions Group as a Senior Software Engineer.

Brandon LaVigne attended Lansing Community College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science. Brandon then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Grand Valley State University from 2015 to 2017.
