Sydnie Kerr has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Customer Service representative at Sheila's Dry Cleaners from August 2012 to December 2016. Sydnie then worked as a Design/PR Intern at Callis Integrated Marketing from June 2017 to August 2017 and as a Public Relations Intern at KMOS-TV from May 2017 to September 2017. In 2017, they also served as a Development Administrator at KMOS TV from February 2017 to May 2018. Moving on to Innovative Public Relations, Sydnie worked as an Account Specialist from January 2018 to May 2018. Most recently, they have been employed at backstitch, initially as a Customer Success Intern from May 2018 to August 2018, then as a Customer Content Manager from August 2018 to October 2021, and currently as a Senior Creative Manager from October 2021 onwards.

From 2015 to 2018, Sydnie Kerr attended the University of Central Missouri, where they pursued a degree in Public Relations with a specialization in Graphic Design.
