Nicole Noblet, MAOM, currently serves as the Market Performance Manager at BacklotCars, a role held since September 2022. Previously, Nicole was part of the Guiding Coalition at Cox Automotive Inc. and held the position of Regional Manager for Manheim Express Florida South from December 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included oversight of team performance, policy implementation, and customer issue resolution. With extensive experience in portfolio management and client services at NextGear Capital, along with a foundational background in financial analysis at Electrolux Financial Corporation and Bank of America, Nicole has developed strong skills in relationship management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Operations Management & Analysis from Ashford University.
