Yev Pusin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Yev began their career as a Customer Support Representative at Backblaze, where they troubleshooted customer issues and worked with the engineering department. Yev then transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager, where they focused on product management, project management, PR, and communications. Yev later became a Senior Marketing Manager, providing more senior-level support.

Yev then joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, starting as a Loan Servicing Specialist and later becoming a Loan Documentation Specialist and Retail Deficiency Analyst. In these roles, they resolved deficiencies in mortgage loans, communicated with internal and external stakeholders, and ensured timely resolution of issues.

Prior to these experiences, Yev worked as a Document Editor at Statistics & Control, Inc. and as a Resident Assistant at the University of Iowa. Yev also gained valuable experience as a Club Management Intern at Dallas Country Club.

Currently, Yev is back at Backblaze as the Senior Director of Marketing, overseeing multiple responsibilities including marketing, project management, HR, and internal committees.

Yev Pusin attended the University of Iowa from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdepartmental Business Studies as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Valley High School in West Des Moines, Iowa from 2001 to 2005.
