Oussama Bouhcine is a seasoned professional in delivery and customer success, currently serving as Senior Director Delivery at Backbase since June 2024. Prior to this role, Oussama held various leadership positions at Tarabut Gateway as VP CS & Services and at Zivver, where responsibilities included VP Customer Success and VP Professional Services. Oussama's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Microsoft, where roles expanded from Associate Project Manager to Senior Delivery Projectmanager in EMEA Secure Infrastructure.
