Carly Glista is a Co-Founder of Sonder Leaders, established in December 2021, where the focus is on creating healthier organizations through tailored solutions for various industries. Additionally, Carly serves as the Advancement Manager for Back2Back Ministries since August 2015, advocating for orphaned and vulnerable children by fostering partnerships that engage emerging generations. Prior experience includes a role as Shift Supervisor and Coffee Master at Starbucks from 2008 to 2015. Carly is an alumnus of Miami University.
