Lita Dwight is a Counsel at Sanctuary Wealth Group, LLC, and the Founder of Bryt Life Foods Corp. Lita also serves as a Board Member at Woodstock Farm Sanctuary. Previously, Dwight held positions such as Private Equity Funds Attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and President and CEO at Sterling Green Corp. With a background in law, Lita has advised on regulatory and compliance matters for investment management companies and investment advisors. Dwight holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Davidson College.
