Leonard Lerer is the founder and CEO of Back of the Yards Algae Sciences. Leonard has also served as a Principal Advisor on Innovative Financing at The Global Fund, and as a member of the Board of Trustees at the Innovative Finance Foundation. From 2008 to 2014, they were a co-founder of the Neglected Diseases Foundation. Prior to that, they were a partner at Santeum Partners and the Executive Director of INSEAD's Healthcare Management Initiative.
