Cerica Liam is an experienced marketing and social media professional with a strong background in research and community engagement. Currently serving as the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Back of The House, Inc. since January 2023, Cerica also holds the position of Research Assistant II at NCIRE since December 2020. Previous roles include Social Media and Community Specialist at Smitten Ice Cream, Social Media and Marketing Assistant at Beauty Heroes® | Spa Heroes®, and various positions in customer experience and marketing across multiple organizations. Cerica earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a High School Diploma in Vocal Music from Oakland School for the Arts.
