Victoria Gribman is an analyst in strategy consulting at Back Bay Life Science Advisors, having joined in August 2023. Prior to this role, Victoria served as a laboratory assistant at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, contributing to mRNA therapy projects and vaccine development against Norovirus. Victoria also worked as a researcher in the Pediatric Oncology Lab at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and gained experience as a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Intern at Symphony Health, where statistical analysis and data collection were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes research roles at the Linguistic Data Consortium and tutoring in STEM subjects at Intellegym. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Health Care Management from the University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2023.
