Yanhao Xu has extensive experience in management and technical roles within the automation sector. Currently serving as General Manager for Bachmann electronic GmbH in China since May 2012, Yanhao has held various leadership positions, including Deputy General Manager and Manager of Automation. Responsibilities include overseeing technical teams in Shanghai and Beijing, coordinating with sales and management to ensure customer satisfaction and cost-effective solutions. Yanhao is also adept in technical sales support and has a strong background in developing customer applications for wind turbines, focusing on Smart Grid and functional safety standards. Prior experience includes a trainee position at ABB, where Yanhao conducted system tests for the AC 500-series. Yanhao holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Information Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
