Steve A. Morgan

Vice President Of Product Development at Bacharach

Steve A. Morgan has had extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of engineering and product development.

From February 2021 to the present, they have served as the Vice President of Product Development at Bacharach, Inc. In this role, they have led new product design and development, ensured manufacturing quality of gas analyzers, and managed multiple unique products. Steve A. has also been responsible for planning, analyzing, and evaluating all phases of engineering programs, from concept through manufacturing release and aftermarket technical service. Additionally, they have led a cross-functional team of engineers in project execution, material acquisition and management, financial tracking, and resource management.

Prior to their current position, Steve has held several leadership roles at Neutronics Incorporated. From October 2011 to February 2021, they served as the Vice President of Engineering and Technology. In this role, they led new product design and development, ensured manufacturing quality of gas analyzers, and managed eight unique product lines across three divisions. Steve A. also acted as a transition leader during the merger with Bacharach. Before that, from 1998 to 2011, they served as the Director of Research & Development, where they directed and oversaw research and product development initiatives. Steve A. also held positions as a Senior Electrical Engineer from 1990 to 1998 and as an Electrical Engineer from 1985 to 1987.

Throughout their career, Steve has consistently demonstrated expertise in engineering program management, technology selection, and product design. Steve A. has also shown strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and has been instrumental in driving organizational growth and ensuring manufacturing quality.

Steve A. Morgan pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Science with a concentration in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematical Sciences at The Franciscan University of Steubenville. Steve A. accomplished this academic endeavor from 1980 to 1984.
