Aaron Schmidt has over 13 years of experience in the education industry. Aaron started their career at Bach To Rock in 2008 as the Director of Education, a role they held until 2020. In 2021, they joined Bach to Rock: America's Music School as the Associate Vice President of Education, where they currently work.

Aaron Schmidt attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison from 2003 to 2007. Aaron obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics during this time.
