Caleb McArthur is a distinguished Lead Sommelier at Bacchus Management Group, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences through food, beverage, ambiance, and hospitality. Since June 2021, Caleb has been instrumental in managing one of California's most esteemed wine programs at Spruce Restaurant, which has garnered Grand Wine Awards for ten consecutive years and holds a Michelin Star. Prior experience includes a tenure as Sommelier at benu, contributing to a solid foundation within the hospitality sector across Chicago, Napa Valley, and San Francisco. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earned between 2013 and 2015.
