Wouter Kwakernaak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Wouter began their career at Jumeirah as a Manager in Development from November 2006 to November 2007. Following this, they worked as a Consultant at Ad Rem Young Professionals, where they were responsible for job placement for young professionals from March 2008 to December 2009.
Wouter then joined Oud Reuchlin & Boelen, starting as a Customer Service Coordinator from January 2010 to December 2012. Wouter then progressed to become a Trade Marketeer and E-commerce Coordinator from January 2013 to July 2014. Subsequently, they served as a Brand Manager from August 2014 to December 2014, followed by a role as Senior Brand Manager from January 2015 to January 2017. Wouter concluded their tenure at Oud Reuchlin & Boelen as a Marketing Manager from February 2017 to January 2018.
Currently, Wouter is working at Bacardi from March 2018, where they commenced their journey as a Category Development Manager. Wouter then served as a Key Account Manager and is currently the Trade Marketing Lead Ready To Drink (RTD) BeNeLux.
Wouter Kwakernaak has a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Wouter also completed a NIMA B degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at SRM from 2014 to 2015. In 2017 and 2018, they studied Management van Mensen at de Baak.
