Marina Smus is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and learning and development across notable companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Bacardi since March 2022, Marina Smus focuses on talent and performance management, employee training, and labor law compliance. Previously, Marina held the role of Director of Talent Management at Lamoda Group, where responsibilities included performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Marina's earlier tenure at EY spanned nearly a decade, during which roles included Learning & Development Leader and Head of Recruitment and Employer Brand in the CIS, focusing on learning strategy, development initiatives, and recruitment processes. Earlier experience includes recruitment management positions at AB InBev, KPMG, and Yum! Restaurants International. Marina possesses a Master's degree in Sociology from the Russian University of Humanities, obtained in 2007.
