Hannes Strobl has a diverse work experience in the FMCG industry, spanning over several years. Hannes started their career at Coca-Cola HBC Austria GmbH in 2004, working as a Sales Representative On Trade before progressing to become an Area Sales Manager On Trade and later a Project Manager Commercial. After a brief stint at Coca-Cola Amatil in 2008, where they held an International Assignment Trade Marketing role, they returned to Coca-Cola HBC Austria GmbH as the Group Channel Marketing Manager - Lead Trademarketing. In 2011, they joined Schweppes Austria GmbH as the National Key Account Manager Off Trade, then later became the Sales Director Austria. In 2014, they moved on to Krombacher Brauerei Bernhard Schadeberg GmbH & Co. KG as the National Key Account Manager Off Trade. Hannes then joined Unilever in 2016 as the Lead On Trade Key Account Management - National Account & Channel Manager, followed by a role at Upfield as the Lead Field Sales Germany. Currently, they work at Bacardi as the Lead Key Account Management - Group Key Account Manager.

Hannes Strobl obtained a Magister degree in Betriebswirtschaft from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, completing their education from 1999 to 2004.
