Elin Hultin's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as a Produktionsmedarbetare at CJ Automotive AB until September 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Turistinspiratör at Destination Jönköping from May to September. In 2020, they worked as a Turistinformatör at Tranemo kommun from June to September. In 2021, they started as a Customer Service Agent at Babyshop Group in June and currently holds that position. Additionally, in September 2021, they briefly worked as a Marketing Coordinator at TROSS AB before leaving in November of the same year.

Elin Hultin completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Digital Business from Jönköping International Business School in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing Management from the same institution in 2020. In 2019, they briefly studied Digital Business and Marketing at Loyola University Chicago.
