Kelly Rain Collin possesses extensive experience in education, mental health, and child development. Currently serving as a Brain Trust member at both Neuro and Neurochild since May 2022, Kelly contributes to the development of neuroscience-informed platforms aimed at enhancing knowledge and community collaboration. As Founder and Director of Healthy Minds Consulting since March 2006, Kelly specializes in educational and developmental consultations, bridging education and mental health to support student success. Previous roles include Educational Consultant at Juvenile Mental Health Court, Westside Regional Center/UCLA NPI Psychiatric Clinic, and Saint John's Child & Family Development Center, focusing on the educational needs of youth with developmental and mental health challenges. Kelly also holds the position of Independent Certified Baby Signs(R) Instructor, promoting early communication methods for infants. A graduate of Harvard Graduate School of Education with an Ed.M. in Education, Risk & Prevention, and a BA in Child Development and Psychology from California State University, Northridge, Kelly is dedicated to advancing the well-being and educational success of children.
