Tracy Wells, Ed.D., currently serves as LBS-1 with Bloomington Public Schools District 87 since 2022 and continues as a Therapeutic Teacher at The Baby Fold, working with high school students aged 14-21 facing severe emotional and mental behavioral challenges. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor at McKendree University, Case Manager Teacher at THE WILLIAM M. BEDELL ACHIEVEMENT & RESOURCE CENTER, and Special Education Teacher with the East St. Louis School District, where assessment and support focused on students with significant emotional difficulties. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Behavioral English Teacher at Catholic Children's Home, Special Education Coordinator at Gateway Science Academy-South, and Adjunct Instructor at Southwestern Illinois College. Tracy holds a Doctorate in Education, a Master's in Special Education, and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration at Illinois State University.
