Ellen Thomas has extensive experience in information technology and community services. Currently serving as the Family and Community Services Secretary at The Baby Fold since May 2019, Ellen previously worked at State Farm ® from April 2000 to August 2018, where roles included IT Analyst, Business Analyst for Wireless & Mobility Services, and Technical Analyst on the Storage Management team. Ellen's responsibilities encompassed leading a team providing support for wireless and mobility services, along with managing server support and data retention processes. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Millikin University and an Associate of Arts from Heartland Community College.
