Samantha Wallace is an accomplished academic and editor with a robust background in English literature and educational roles. Currently serving as an Assistant Teaching Professor of English at Babson College since July 2022, Samantha previously held significant positions at New Literary History, where responsibilities included roles as Copyeditor and Head Copyeditor, and the University of Virginia, where titles included Lecturer in English and Graduate Teaching Instructor. Samantha gained early experience as a Senior Publications Assistant at the Public Library of Science, managing various teams and troubleshooting peer-review processes. With a Doctor of Philosophy in English from the University of Virginia, alongside a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Classics from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics-English from Colorado College, Samantha also contributed as a volunteer at the J. Paul Getty Museum, engaging in research and educational initiatives.
