Sadie Burton-Goss, Ph.D., serves as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Babson College since June 2012, bringing extensive expertise in leadership and organization development, diversity and inclusion, and human resource management. Prior to this role, Burton-Goss was Principal and Managing Consultant at Goss Associates from January 1999 to June 2012, providing a wide range of consulting and coaching services. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Vice President at TJX Companies, Director of Organization and Management Development at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Senior Manager of HRD at Wang Laboratories, where strategic development initiatives were implemented to enhance organizational performance. Burton-Goss holds a BA from Wellesley College, an MS in Management from Lesley University, and a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Lesley University, along with certifications in leadership and human interaction from prestigious institutions.
