Aurore Françoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, sales optimization, and project leadership, currently serving as Business Development Director at Babilou since February 2018. Aurore has previously held roles such as Commercial Performance Director and Sales Project Leader, focusing on enhancing sales initiatives and supporting France's sales teams. Prior to Babilou, Aurore operated as a consultant, aiding various clients in strategic growth and business acceleration. Aurore also founded Reflex & Vous, an e-commerce photography workshop business, and served as an Associate Researcher at CTPartners, among other roles in prominent organizations like Ernst & Young. Aurore holds two master's degrees from Université Paris Dauphine.
