Suzanne Hughes is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR and OD for Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils since March 2020, Suzanne previously held roles such as Senior HR Consultant at SHughes & Co and HR Director at St Nicholas Hospice Care. Additional roles include Head of People at Affinity Water, Senior HR Business Partner at G4S, and Senior HR Partner at Arcadis. With a strong foundation in HR business partnering, process improvement, and people development, Suzanne also brings management experience from roles at Gatwick Airport and TUI Travel PLC, where responsibilities spanned from operational leadership to the implementation of differentiated products across global destinations.
